watching the original superman (having been considerably disappointed by his return),
it occurs to me:

why do all supervillains surround themselves with the biggest, and i mean the biggest, numbskulls?










are they too competitive?
are they at heart no better than pretty girls who only befriend and date fuggos?
perhaps. even so.
i mean, i understand not wanting to be threatened, but this is ridiculous.
surely there is something in between numbskull and genius.
surely there is some middle ground.
you know, something analagous to the plain and festively plump.
