having recently encountered this first ad,
i thought i'd post a few provocative favorites. enjoy.



heartwarming, perhaps. controversial, certainly.
but does it move me shop at benetton? hell no.
i mean look at those outfits. borrring.

this ad on the other hand,
now this ad makes me want to practice
whatever marithe & francis girbaud are preaching.

so you're saying if i worship the gospel of anorexia
i too can be thin and beautiful? nicey.

i don't get this ad.

but i have this couch.
actually i have two of them.
well done, ikea. well done.

and now my favorite:

a friend sent me this ad a few years ago.
took me a while, but i eventually managed to grasp its brillant subtlety.
and then i stocked up on lube.
